General changes

    - Requires GZDoom 4.14

    - Fixed divide by zero bug

    - Added WorldHitscanPreFired event function

    - Added corruption card detection to prevent timer from advancing during card selection

    - Reworked several alternative attack effects so they don't use unstable morph actors

    - Improved the naming convention of these effects to make it more clear what they're doing

    - Improved "GZC_LastRolledEffect" cvar

        - If your game freezes on an effect roll, this CVAR will store that effect and make

        it easier for debugging purposes. Please provide this when reporting game crashes.

    - Removed deprectaed functions/code in favor of newer standards

    

Effect Changes

    - "Aggressive Enemies" now multiplies attack chance by a factor of 4 across enemies

    - Doom 64 Knockback

    - Doom 64 Knockback for monsters

    - Negative Doom 64 Knockback

    - Negative Doom 64 Knockback for monsters

    - Inconsistent Doom 64 Knockback

    - Freeze tag

    - The Immortal Snail

    - Armed with the BFG9000

    - Armed with A Railgun

    - Zombiemen fire missiles

    - Imps fire bullets

    - Imps fire missiles

    - Pain Elementals repeat attack

    - Pain Elementals puke random enemies

    - Pain Elementals puke Explosive Barrels

    - Super Shotgunners

    - Quicksaves add effects
